You will be assigned a billing manager on Day 1 that will integrate remotely with your PM software, and start getting you paid.
All overdue balances past 30 days are followed up on weekly, with daily email summaries keeping you informed of the claims focused on.
60 days
With same-day denial appeals and a rigorous follow-up procedure for outstanding balances, we will make sure you collect what is yours.

We at eChiro Billing almost never have any outstanding balances past 90 days that are due to our clients. However, there are instances where insurance companies just don't want to pay. We've got you covered: if we have a claim that hasn't been paid for you past 90 days, we will get you credentialed with a new payer free of charge ($200 value).
